Had George on computer which has packed. Backed up on a memory stick transferred it to my laptop. Thought it had worked, all my work came up but when I click on a particular job just comes up error on mtd file read s 10414/10420. Same comes up if I try and view finance report etc. Any ideas please.

Down load date restore and other tools George have. Should help.

I have trouble remembering how to do it myself.  ::)roll

Try going into Data Restore and choosing the "Select another folder/drive" option.
Then select the drive which has your USB with the George Backup.
And I think you then have to click on "Restore" in the Data Restore program.

Try that and see how you get on.

Still having trouble got my desk computer fixed George still there, great I thought but still coming up with the same error message. could it be because I have it on more than 1 computer? :'(

Sorted quick response from paul. Used the data fix but forgot to close George so didn't work. All fine now many thanks for the help off this forum too. would really recommend George so easy to use and any problems great customer support.
