george gets backed up ever time I close and the file gets sent to my google drive which has a local copy and a online backup.

Back up every day religiously. Wouldn't trust the cloud or some other idiot ;D

Go to jobs top left where it says new customer
Click show active then to the right press export and it will save to your pc .

cloud and drop box - I also back up to excel too ad hocly.
