Title: Swallow Nests
Post by: DASERVICES on April 07, 2006, 03:34:42 pm

Don't know if any of you guys have tried this but have had a few customers
asking if the WFP could remove the dirt from Swallows nets.

I'm sure it would do the job but the only problem is houses in Scotland
they are covered in small stones. There is a risk of dislodging these along
  with the base.

  Has anyone tried this.

Since I 've got WFP can you do this and this, what a good tool.

New or old?

It's against the law to remove new nests.
Not that the Swallows will grass you up!

Why not just soak the nest at the same time as taking off the birdmuck - if it gets wet enough, I imagine that it'll fall off under it's own weight fairly quickly.

Who? Me? Honest, it just fell off all by itself mister.
