The above information is very important. A Certificate can only be issued in the individuals name. So if your name is William Smith and you put Bill Smith that is the name that will appear on the certificate.
The cost of the course is £395 + VAT and includes lunch on both days. (To qualify for the £300 Voucher the course must be booked and deposit paid by 31st December 2014)
I enclose a Non Refundable deposit of £50 per delegate and agree to pay the balance of £424.00 per delegate by 6th January 2015.
I accept that if my balance is not paid on time then my place may be offered to someone else and I may lose my deposit.
A full VAT invoice will be issued to every delegate.

Accommodation
You need to book accommodation for the duration of the course. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO BOOK THIS IN THE SOLIHULL AREA. Although Birmingham looks nearer it is a nightmare in the mornings and evenings for traffic. The earlier you book the accommodation the cheaper it is!!!
