Two questions.

Why don't I get support when I click on the contact/get help button?

Why can't I bring up a second page of overdue jobs from my home page - I know I'm absolutely miles behind but it only shows the first page?

Had no email ??? Been on 'olliday for the last week and phone didn't work also internet wasn't too brilliant although I could get on here easy enough.
