So i noticed today my 100psi sureflow pump is spluttering (slightly). It has always done a big splutter now and then but now it seems more consistant! Any ideas lads?

Sound like it's drawing in air check all connections are tight

If so he should notice leaks. Has the diaphragm been allowed to get dry at all?

You don't always get leaks but the system can still draw in air, hozelocks are the worst as when not under pressure are not air tight, I'd also silicone grease any hose lock o rings for a better seal

Okay so i tightened up the connections and i haven't noticed it spluttering today!

Nope, it's never run dry. My old pump did when i left if running all night by accident though Hehe
