Title: r/o man booster pump repair?

hi iv got a R/O man booster pump that has stoped working. when switched on it still vibrateing but not pumping,ust wonder if it can be fixed as when i took it apart then turn it on the main pump sharft spins. i run my 300gpd(3x100gpd membranes) at 100psi no new pump seems to go that high(the r/o man pump was 60psi you could just adjust it up)

any advice would be great.
