Title: crime scene & trauma - pricing
Post by: JJR on August 22, 2014, 12:00:33 pm
I have contracts with a few local estate agents in South London to do end of tenancy cleans but have been asked to clean a 2 bed flat which has recently been released as a crime scene following an attempted murder (stabbing) and a suicide (shotgun)

Any idea what would be a realistic cost for this (Normal EOT charge £60 - £75)

Thanks to an earlier posting on this subject I have sourced protective clothing, breathing apparatus & chemicals but have no idea what to price it at.

Any help appreciated

Jim

Depends on what you're doing, whole flat top to bottom? Carpets only?

total clean flat top to bottom & carpets too (my normal charge of £60 - £80 doesn't include carpets)
