Hi Gary

Have you also posted this question on the carpet cleaning section of this forum, they would definately have method statements and risk assessments etc for carpet cleaning.

Regards

There you go, just fill in the blanks, there is also a risk assessment form towards the back

http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg259.pdf

Let me know if this is what your looking for ;D
p.s you will need a pdf reader(adobe etc)

Hi Gary

I think you will find the H&S for house builders / Developers to be completely diferent to the Office Cleaning H&S

However, as Chris has said, you can just fill out the blanks from the Health and Safety book that he has posted.
