I have for sale a well established (by me past 6 years prior to that 20+ years) compact domestic round in the Helmshore area of Rossendale.

Cleaned over 3.5 days by one man earning £500.

Can be done either Traditional or WFP, the 3.5 days is based on traditional.

Willing to work with buyer to show round.

Ideal as a starter or to add to existing
