Title: Sill brushes
Post by: wayne m on August 17, 2014, 07:48:23 am
Hi all, I need a new brush and currently use a dual trim flocked but I'm thinking of trying a sill brush for the first time and just want your opinions on what one to get and if they are any good as I've never used one before? Cheers

Slightly narrower, but easier to clean tops of frames and cills, without the risk of scratching them, as the stock is a lot smaller.

I didn't like it at first but, I don't think I'd swap back now

Brilliant - you don't need to change the angle of the brush to clean the sills and less chance of scratching the upper sills. Use it with a swivel and it is very versatile. I wouldn't use any other brush for everyday cleaning now.

Don't use one on square leaded and be very careful on diamond leaded.
