For sale my round within Shrewsbury Shropshire.
Round is all domestic and all work is currently done WFP but could be done trad.
Average monthly value is £392 with lots of added extras I.e conservatory roof cleans, gutter cleans etc.
All excellent payers and most pay cash on day & bank transfer.
Work is done 4 weekly Its been established for 8 years & we have owned it for the past 3.5 years. There is scope for a price increase as its not had one for 3.5 years!!
Looking for a quick sale due to a change in circumstances .
Looking for £3000 as its is a quality round.
