Yes neil , ideal for that type of staining,
I had months worth of coffee staining around numerous coffee machines at a large facility 3 weeks ago, came up great.

So what's the product?

We did some NHS offices other week, coffee all over, Dynamall did the trick.
Got 3000m2 to do on the 30th... Dynamall to the rescue again. All carpet tiles... love them.
-
Darren,
What ratio do you dilute Dynamal to?
I tried it on a job recently and seemed to get a better result with Surround Ultra. Perhaps I mixed it up to weak?
Cheers
-
I use it at 100ml to 1 litre
Or 1.5lt for maintance clean
It works out dearer than most but works .
I just price accordingly .
I've used others but they don't seem to work as well as dynamall
-
Same dilution rate as Neil.
I have Surround too which I find very effective, but Dynamall is the King. Great on browning. If Dynamall smelled the same as Surround they would have cracked it, as I prefer the smell of Surround.
Quick pass with the sprayer then machine, and hey bingo, great looking carpets!
-
New stuff is 50ml per litre.
-
Daren
do you not give the Dynamal any dwell time mate ?
-
Only give it 5-10 mins. I have pre sprayed and two mins later started cleaning still got great results. 5-10 (max) mins is good if time allows.
If domestic, I'll spray up two rooms at a time ( i use the electric sprayers) sick of pumping, and I don't mean that rude, then start cleaning a few mins later.
Commercial work, if i have got (say) 7000 sqft I will get someone (after hoovering) to pre spray, once they have done 10 mins of spraying I'll start cleaning.

still have'nt told simon what the product is Geoff?

I was using Releasit Hydrox tbe other day in a college we are cleaning but what with the temperature of the place I am finding that its drying to quickly even after five mins, ive just orered some of the new Dynamal from John, so will see how it performs next week
-
Colin,
sorry for late response, just got finished after very early start.
I havnt told Simon yet, because I don't know yet , ::)roll
but I will hopefully be able to order more in the near future.
Geoff.

Haven't tried the new improved Dynamal yet, I'm still using hydrox and DS2, pre spot hydrox on the tea and coffee staining followed by DS2 in the Cymex
Check it out... http://youtu.be/j7LLouRQSh8

Do you use bonnet pads or floor pads?? I have always used black floor pads on really manky industrial carpets. I do prefer HW Extraction on hotel passage ways and restaurants but know I should be using rotary (reduced noise, quick drying ect) I have bought some micro fibre bonnets from Paragon microfibre Ltd they are 17in with VAT 12.00 each + next day delivery of 5.00.
I want to try these on a large area of passage ways within a hotel this week with Dynamal at a mix of 1-10 on cream wheat patterned carpet that is not to badly stained only some patches.
I'm hoping this will speed up the time to clean passage ways with the least disruption. And save me having to do it late on Sunday nights. The client has agreed for me to try this (encap) system during the day and if successful will be better suited to the client and myself.

I use normal pads , somtimes use the micro fibre zebra , and extract really bady areas if needed
