has wagtail quality gone downhill? I know of people complaining about velcro strip adhesive breaking away from plastic

I never knew they had quality in the first place :o I always thought it was a piece of garbage ;D

Squeegee keeps falling to bits.
Velcro failed on mop within a couple
Of days.

Velcro is rubbish and falls off after a short period of time.
But everything else is good.

Don't you worry about the velcro all you need to worry about is how to use it ;)

Sorry.
I used the old plastic sleeves with velcro off of an older Wagtail I had as the velcro on the new one didn't last very long.
I did mean to try gluing it back on with superglue or epoxy resin but I haven't got round to it.
I reckon it should do the job though.

still awaiting a reply from wagtail contacted them twice now. i see their customer service is about as good as the adhesive which holds the velcro on.  >:(
