Had a disagreement today with a customer over the last time I cleaned her windows. I'll check I said - had a look at Aworka and couldn't see any way of checking the last clean date. Is it there somewhere?
-
Dont think there is. It just says next due date

Just log into the full version on your phones browser .

I couldn't - had no internet connection at the time.
-
I work different to you , I print off worksheets .
They have the last and next clean date on them .
-
But why pay for Aworka (for the mobile app) and print paper sheets? You could do that on George.
-
cleaner planner would be better for you Dave
-
I tried CP a while back but couldn't get on with it. Rob's changed a few things since then so maybe I'll have another look some time.
-
I like the planner on aworka , printing a sheet is no hassle for me .
Each to there own though .

I really wish aworka would hurry up and update the mobile app it's so restricted, they only need to add a few more things like month view, adding a new job and being able to see last done and I think it would be about right!

+1
I spoke to GoCardless today about syncing payments with Aworka. They have Chris's e-mail now as a result of that conversation and will hopefully be getting in touch with him. I do feel theres an element of sloth going on here, I'd love to see a change to the invoicing on Aworka and an SMS function.

Hi Guys
With regards to the original query... you can see the last clean date if you find the customer in the debt list and view details. However, this won't be possible unless the customer is in debt!
The mobile app desperately needs an update and I know you have been waiting a long time to see it, along with many other features, including text messaging and GoCardless.
I'm sorry if progress appears slow, but I guess I am a victim of my own success. I have built up a fair number of users now, which means I often spend several hours a day providing support. I hope I have demonstrated that I always respond and solve problems quickly. Whilst this reduces the time I have to develop new features, the upside is that I now have a sustainable business that I can afford to work on full time that will continue to be here for the long haul!
Anyway, enough with the excuses... I've got new features to finish!

Its good that you have many uses and stuff like that and your business is growing.. but i wonder how many customers you have lost due to the so long wait for little features.
That is one thing which is good about cleaner planner i suppose.. there updates are fast and some are done within a few hours it appears.
However i am still happy with aworka program!
