I have a small round for sale in the Cannock area.
Im selling this due to having to much work and need to downsize a bit.
25 Houses every 4 weeks = £245 / £3185 pa
Average Price is £10 all work is WFP, all work is within a 1mile radius.
All customers either pay on the day or via bacs, Takes one man one day to complete.
Established 3 years+
