Buzzing this week, i was cleaning in one road and apparently the old window cleaner (who turned up whenever he wanted upto 14 weeks sometimes) has finally packed in.
So i got 5 first cleans today on that street all happy with the service and have came onto my monthly system(they all think i will get alot more aswell)
I got 1 £25.00 house monday all cleaned and added.
£15.00 new build thursday cleaned and added.
3 to price this weekend, and one of my offices wants changing to every 2 weeks instead of 4!
This might not seem like a lot of jobs picked up in a week for most of you! But its 1/7th of my full years targets!
Happy days

My business turns 4 years old on the 1st September.
I started with a 1000 van including all equiptment, my insurance was £180 a month and i was subbing work off my uncle.
When i went totally on my own i had about £700 a month to start me off... I was abit lazy then because work came in so slow.
This year i sacrificed a holiday with the lads ( for the first time) and i have worked the hardest i have ever done... And I'm not far off hitting my 70new customer target i set for the full year ;D
Next years target will be double that

That's scary, I also started on 1st September 2010.
Not sure where you live but remember the winter? Haha. It was the worst winter since donkeys ago and I remember thinking ........what have I done.....haha.
I've quadrupled in size since I took over someone else's run now and glad I stuck with it as I'm sure you are.
Onwards and upwards.
Well done fella.
