just wondering after reading an article on customer loyalty if anyone provides an exceptional WOW factor service for domestics does any one go the extra mile and charge for it by providing a very specialist service
what little extras do you do compared to joe average to provide this service??
what special touches do you do??
what extra effort do people make??
im just considering thing like valeters and car washes do such as footwell place mats, air fresheners etc

We always ensure the underside of first floor sills are scrubbed and rinsed.

I don't pee in the garden if the crusty is home ;D

i like to do that coz thats first thing u notice when u look up i think

if you mean things like full conservatory valet etc richy where it means actually getting on the roof and scrubbing by hand all the stubborn stains etc i dont.
customers who ve previously had a trad cleaner who didnt clean the frames certainly have a wow factor after a first clean.from then on its minimal maintenance cleaning.
often customers who periodically have a f/s/g clean and/or conny roof clean(basic full UPVC clean)are very happy with the results.i charge a good hourly rate for these jobs but i dont spend ages getting every little stain off.mainly it green algae and general dirt build up!
i prefer knocking out regular maintenance window cleaning jobs day in/day out with the odd add ons thrown in here and there.

cleaning all frames, sills and doors as well as glass keeps customers happy and garage doors(on very well priced jobs).
after initial first clean is done its simply a case of regular minimum cleaning to keep things clean.keep it simple.

customer loyalty to me is a result of a professional approach to my work.regular, reliable, trustworthy and sometimes stopping and having a little chat and a laugh.doing a good job, different payment methods, different cleaning frequencies(within reason)text night before for some customers.providing add on services.
get the basics right and you wont go far wrong.obviously some customers jump ship to a cheaper cleaner if its a well priced job but not very often.its usually more a case of "better the devil you know" than saving a few quid as so many cleaners are unreliable so they tend to stick when they find a good one. ;)

magic sponges are good. no problem scratching the plastic.
