Evening, can anybody tell me how I can change the order in which jobs are listed in the diary view for any given day ? Although I have been using it for years I have only just bought a printer and started printing daily worksheets, previously I would write the days jobs from george in to a diary in the order I wished to clean them. To save time I now just print the diary view for that day but I need to be able to re arrnge the order in which they are listed to make things eaasier and I cannot figure out how ???

gordon go into "system" and then "round order" then find and click onto the job you want moving.hold it and scroll up or down until you find where you want to move it to.job done! ;)
