I have used Hypo/Water mix with great success....Spray on and leave for 20mins before rinse off !
It doesn't have to be pure water.

What is the difference between sodium hypochlorite and a quaternary ammonium. They are both antimicrobial bleaches in one form of the other - or not?

One burns/destroys everything it touches ...one does not. One has a  HSE approval for use in these circumstances  ,one is not.
