Title: Help with school window cleaning pricing

Been asked to quote for windows in and out at local primary school. After some guide pricing per sq ft or mtr (if thats how done on large jobs) Probably going traditional as first clean and 80-90% easy access etc. Had quick walk round today but will meet this wk to inspect with somebody on site in more detail. Area is as follows :

30 doors
200 sq mtrs ground floor
20-25 sq mtrs access from flat roof
25 sq mtrs approx,only using pole due to slope roof etc

Any help would be appreciated,do have 3 section unger pole and ok at blading with ninja on ground level.
