Title: Wand Jets
Post by: Robin Ray on August 01, 2014, 07:21:17 pm
I have a Westpac low profile classic style wand which currently has 110015 jets which i'm not sure if they are a bit large as when i use over 170 psi say 200- 250 psi I some times feel as if I am over wetting the carpet a bit too much for my liking. I use it along with a Airflex custom 400 psi with twin electros in series (so like an enforcer). I have only ever used the jets supplied with wands and machines. However I wonder if a reduction in jet size will enable me to use more pressure without over wetting. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Rob

Rob

I have two west packs I originaly bought from Solutions but I buy replacement jets from hydramaster, they are much cheaper and sell a vast range, I use two four jet wands both with different jet sizes, but I normally dont go over 250 psi

Thanks Stuwart

What size jets would you recommend?

1.5s should be fine. How old are they, are they not worn and the holes opened up. You have to have enough solution coming out to flush the carpet.
