Title: builders clean quote

I have been approached by a lady who is planning on putting in a tender for the internal cleaning of a new phase on a building site.

I have never done or quoted any of these type of cleans and I know a lot of people say steer clear however I would like to give it a shot if the price is right

What is the going rate for the average new build 3 and 4 bed semis?

Any info tonight would be greatly appreciated as the lady I spoke to is wanting to get her tender sent off tomorrow
