Title: Story about HYDRAMASTER
Post by: boshravie on April 04, 2006, 08:26:46 pm
Hi guys .

Just thought tell you this story.
About two weeks ago I ordered the NEW ROTARY DRIMASTER from HYDRA MASTER. For a test drive and I was sure that I will buy it.

Well we booked the ROTARY DRIMASTER to be delivered to my office yesterday which was 3rd April , because I already have arranged to put it to use on a large job we have on Friday.
I was waiting for about 5-6 hours for the delivery man,  and I thought may be I should ring these people in case they have forgotten. And guest what …. They had not only forgotten about the delivery also lent the machine to some body else.

I thought after all that advertising in the carpex show and the money they have to spent on these shows,  they will be more prepared to having some of these machines in stock so they can sell them and get their money back plus some good profit.

It goes to show that lot of companies in U.K. are not organised.

I can't believe it!!!

Ok sometimes accidents happen, but I can't say a bad thing about HM.

Yes I have one of their machines, no I don't buy anything else on a regular basis but when I have the service has been excellent.

Hi Shaun
Well I hope they come back to me, because I was so disappointed with their promise.

I also would not have a bad word to say about Hydramaster and buy 90% of my stuff from them, but in there defence about not having any spare, you have to remember that Hydramater is a American comp and have to order from the states this must take time and the RDM has caught most peoples eye and prob the best tool out there at the moment so must be in demand.
