How much is the job?
If they've offered it without any input from you then I'd say take it.
Unless not taking it could benefit you in another way...

Haha no benefits if I don't take it.

Job is £500 and should be done in a day.

So she's giving me 10% extra :)

Even without the extra £50, if you are able to do it without problems then an extra £500 for a days work is a given...

Sure there's nothing to be gained by not taking it?
If so, take it and let her crack on!
House on the market though, I'd get paid upfront.

Are you implying a quickie lol. I am confused.

She paid cash last time before I had even finished :)

It is a well priced job. But it's hard. (Massive internal glass roof)

Solid bud until sept/October on extras and can't really
take much more window cleaning work on.

I will have to cull. I bumped some prices by £3 and £4 in jan hoping people would
Cancel and they never lol.

I see what your saying. But really
Comfortable on work.

My take; she is moving, so why is she desperate to have the windows cleaned at 500 nicker? It don't sound right Damien.

I have already done about £300-£400 worth of works for her.

Maybe its in the deal to buy the house that the roof is cleaned?

Same thing happened to me last week. A customer whose conservatory has been filthy for over 4 years called on Monday afternoon saying she desperately needs her conservatory cleaning before the photographer comes at Wednesday teatime. The price was bumped up accordingly for the urgency factor and we were paid prior to cleaning on the Wednesday morning.
