Can I send invoices via email? If so how?

i couldnt get it to work on the george software.

what i do is print the invoice out using george,scan it.then attach it in the email.simple.its only the odd commercial job where i send them electronically.the rest i print off and post them manually.

Yes you need to go into settings bottom tab says internet and activate the email setting then it will locate an email program it's compatible with and do a test send

Then each time you go to print an invoice it will give you various choices as to what you would like to do choose to send email

All that is on the internet tab is "disable internet backup" and "enter registration code" ?

Select the job that needs an invoice..

Select "print invoice"...

It gives you a destination option, on this select PDF file in C:\GEORGE\PDFs\

It saves it to your PC for emailing..
