What's the best way to fit it?
Do I split my hose pipe near the outside tap and connect it between hose pipe then the hose pipe goes to the merlin

Inbetween your tap and merlin : tap - hose - booster - hose - merlin
Try to keep it resonably close to the merlin if you can, means the chance of pressure loss is minimal (if you run a lot of hose between tap & merlin)

Is this a booster pump? I don't think it has a pressure switch but I maybe wrong.

You don't need a pressure switch unless your tank has a shut off valve

Hope I don't need a pressure switch lol
I haven't got a shut of valve in tank so should be ok!
Just not sure how and what fittings I will need to attach it to hose pipe

These...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BSP-Taper-Thread-x-Hose-Tail-End-Connector-Brass-Fitting-for-Air-Water-Fuel-/121360796379?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=&hash=item1c41aacadb

Choose thead size and bore diameter of hose...

So if the pump has one inch bsp thread choose that, standard garden hose is 1/2 inch (12.7mm so go for 13 mm)

Then choose another one to suit pump and Merlin tube size
