hi i'm sure that question has been asked before but I was just wondering what is your average drop rate ( custys dropping you after let's say less than 5 clean ?) it can sometimes be quite demoralising being told you're not wanted anymore

mines low.......but then all new customers go straight on to standing orders, it normal scares of the messers from the word go

I get very few nowadays. At first I got more, but I prefilters now and if I suspect a one off won't do them.

I have to say I have the knack for feeling it when they start resenting seeing you very month ( nothing to do with a bad job!) not the best feeling lol

Chuck 'em before they chuck you.
It'll empower you.

What percentage do you get?
-
less than 1% percentage wise.
-
well if among new custys you still have 99% of them after one year then you must be the exception lol

i dont generally.my round is self generating but if i get a new job in a nice posh area i will leaflet/canvass houses either side of new job! ;)
also customers drop out for other reasons.moving and death being the main ones followed by losing jobs/cant afford a window cleaner.
all our rounds are like shifting sand.constantly evolving and changing over time no matter how well established we are. :)
