Post by: Mike #1 on July 20, 2014, 12:03:05 pm
Just sorting out my accounts , So what do you guys do about PayPal charges on received payments when a customer pays i usually mark full paid without taking into account the levied charge .

This also goes for GoCardless as well now want to ensure i get it right before submitting my accounts . Thanks in advance Mike

For each payment, create an expense to the value of the charge

Thanks Tony thought so i have now closed my PayPal account and printed off everything up to date PayPal was just a pain despite telling custys i dont accept PayPal anymore they continued to pay .

So only way out was to close account i will open another one but only a personal one as once set up custys only need registered details like phone number or email address and they can pay Pain in the ass . Mike
