Yes you can, depends on how much room is in the gutter and where the root system is

A hook on your pole probably would. YOu could try tieing a spike across your brush head and get it out like that. But a vac on its own would not get that out.

Just get a ladder off. I know u wouldn't think it on here but u can climb one safely without falling off if u try.

It made me laugh when I saw this, just thought I would share it.   These houses are rented out to students, and this is one of the better quality ones :o
