GUYS i HAVE USED EXTRACTA MACHINES AND WAS WONDERING IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUILD YOUR OWN TRUCK MOUNT WHAT DO YOU REALLY NEED
ANY ADVICE WOULD HELP
-
You would need a suitably sized engine. A new one would be good but secondhand would do. This could be acquired from an authorised dealer . This could be mounted onto a suitably made frame and would need to have rubber engine mountings for the vibration.
A water pump would be required and would be run at the front of the engine using a suitable pulley. The blower, which i think might be difficult to find, would be run from the back of the engine. Find a suitable waste tank and piping, a fuel tank etc and you would be nearly there.
I think anyone who makes them, would probably need certification to prove their safety. Somewhere on here there is already a thread about it and pictures of a self built one.

I have seen his machine, looks OK, but what really impressed me was the advert on his van... :o

Hi Jinky
I suppose you could keep the machine secured in the vehicle, a couple of larger plastic tanks would do for clean water and holding waste, a portable petrol genny (their pretty cheap these days) and a pump or two from Machine-Mart may do the job. Now get some longer vac and solution hoses and it's a truck mount "on a budget".
I've not tried this, but the idea has crossed my mind (see a posting I made about a year ago) on economic grounds !
Of course there's nothing like the real thing, but I appreciate the convenience of having the apparatus housed in the vehicle.
Best regards
