One of todays jobs... first 3 storey gutter clean ive ever done. Took 3/4 hour (slow setting the poles up)
I charged £40.00, which later found out they had a quote for £100.
Still, i'm just getting to grips with this vac system, so not bothered about the money yet.

I give up ;D

That house seems quite boxy?
Probably a tenner.
Stop being a square and just get on with it.
;D
-
3 storey town house?
I'd've gone in at £80 odd quid.
It would rule out a few of the boys on ladders, so you could price slightly higher.

James email it to me and I'll put it up for you ;)

£60 is what I would charge
-
If its just the end house then £40/£50 is ok tbh. I would have quoted £50.
But we have carbon poles and i would have knocked the other houses and done a deal at £140 and got all three done in about an hour. Assuming no down pipes are blocked.
PS Had you just come from the beach?? ;D ;D ;D

James, have you sold that Gym then ???

You using it on full power?

You using it on full power?
Yeah I had all 3 going on this job... another job I just had 2 going but it wasnt as clogged up.
-
Just be careful using it on full power with a normal 13amp plug! As it will blow the fuses ;)
I haven't used mine on full power yet because of this! Will be getting the plug upgraded soon I've been told I need a 64amp plug to run this at full whack :o

Ok.
I'll look into that. Nice one

If you got any electrical mates have a word with them and show them the vac ;)
-
I put Arctic flex on mine - apparently normal extension leads get rather warm.
-
Suppliers don't tell you any of this when you buy the things >:(
-
4200watt would be about 20 amp i think

I think you need a longer vac hose 8)

In all honesty that job should have taken an hour, that's set up and pack away time included.
Heres how I would have done it.
Ladder with stand off, two 25 litre water barrels against ladder feet.
place end of gutter vac in hand proceed to walk up ladder so you slighty above the gutter.
Vac to you right vac to you left.
Move ladder one more time, job done and complete on front.
Repeat on back
