Title: Cleaning decking, best way?

How do you guys clean decking without using hypo. I know how to clean decking using hypo as I've done 3 all with people I know, to great results and I Mixed the hypo 5:1 left it on 15 minutes rinsed off came up brilliantly. However I've got a customer who wants their decking clean and I'm nervous about using as I know it voids insurance etc etc also I'm told hypo can ruin decking? Is this true. Is there a say b&q product you can buy such as say Swarfega Decking Cleaner which would still do a good job but obviously is safer than hypo. Do these work. Or is the simple answer fan jet and nothing else. Cheers
