What would your average price per sq mt on commercial.I know that can differ,encapping or hwe or both?Just interested to what others charge.

It really will vary depending in the total area of the project and whether it's a one off or maintenance,

I have maintenance contracts where it is as low as 20p per m2 per visit but that's a 20,000m2 site with cleaned 4 to 6 times per year.

On one off cleans it could be £1 - £3/m2 again depending on size and level of service/system needed.
