Clean It Up

Did a quote today and noticed the windows closest to a large gas BBQ were in a pretty dire state. I have not come across this before and was wondering if anyone else has, and if so, what is best for removing it without damaging the rubbers and upvc?

I found neat gg3 on applicatior pretty good.
I'm sure someone can do better though.

i carry a little 50ml spray bottle of neat virosol in my scrimbag for use at times like this, either spray directly onto glass or brush and clean as normal :)

Just go to tesco and buy some mister muscle kitchen cleaner, works better than virosol, G101 on this type of fatty grease

i used to borrow the custys oven cleaner worked a treat but made a right pigs ear of my kit....now carry my spray of virisol...thanks for reminding me i have one next week... :)

Virosol is all you need.
It will just wipe off.

Same here. Sometimes I see threads about taking strange deposits off windows and I always wonder why people bother.... unless charging of course.

i tride in the past to charge extra and got your a window cleaner its your job i aint paying you twice.so i gave up and refuse to do any thin.g than the usual
