Title: BBQ windows?
Post by: Simon Mess on July 07, 2014, 04:08:02 pm
Did a quote today and noticed the windows closest to a large gas BBQ were in a pretty dire state. I have not come across this before and was wondering if anyone else has, and if so, what is best for removing it without damaging the rubbers and upvc?

Cheers  :)

i carry a little 50ml spray bottle of neat virosol in my scrimbag for use at times like this, either spray directly onto glass or brush and clean as normal :)

Just go to tesco and buy some mister muscle kitchen cleaner, works better than virosol, G101 on this type of fatty grease

Virosol is all you need.

It will just wipe off.

Same here. Sometimes I see threads about taking strange deposits off windows and I always wonder why people bother.... unless charging of course.
