Title: selling customer

how do you do? just want to sell 1 big customer(block of flats) do you ask money first and give customer detail or the opposite?

Advertise it for sale
prove that you clean it (maybe show previous invoices...?)
Sort out paperwork (if its contract work)
Sort out between you both the best way to sort payment for the work
(Most popular is all upfront, but depends on who's selling/buying, etc...)


In other words, there is no right way, just come to an agreement...
