What is the test to determine the difference between epoxy and cement terazzo?

Phosphoric Acid Substitute or even a Jif Lemon.  Drop a few drops on the background if it fizzes and leaves a mark it is cement based if it doesn't it is Epoxy or resin based!  Simples ;D ;D ;D
