Title: whats the best
Post by: derek west on July 03, 2014, 06:17:51 pm
whats the best Stone floor maintenance cleaner for me to leave for my customers after i've cleaned their floor.

Looking for something neutral and possibly eco friendly, must have a good dilution rate and reasonably priced as i will be giving it away in 1 litre jerry cans.

anyone recommend a good one?
i was thinking chemspec neutral floor cleaner but not sure if its any good on stone. or possibly dr schultz, but again, not sure if its any good on stone and it does contain some solvents.  :-\

Speak to Tadgh at JSK cleaning. I offer either Lantania cleaning products or Tadgh's solution and mop, I have tried it and it works a treat.

Derek

If your doing bottles and labels why not just design your own pH Neutral cleaner as well to go in the bottles or are you going to decant someone elses product into your bottles and call it your own?

Derek

I can send you LC6 up already bottled but without lables so you could just add your own labels to it. This will save you bottles and decanting.  MKinimum Order 5 cases of 20 so 100 bottles.

Hi Derek, yes i understand Bio-Kleen heavy duty degreaser is sold in concentrate so for deep cleaning you dilute it at your required ratio, for maintaining hard floors you again would dilute it at your required ratio or we can supply it to you in ready to use format with your own private label depending on volumes, this product is based on colloidal micelles technology one of this centuries most promising advances in environmental science, on another point Derek if you want your clients to have a cleaning solution to maintain their floors after you deep clean them its probably more important that they have a proper mop system over any cleaning solution you are going to supply them with, most of the traditional type mopping systems that are available today (cotton string mops, microfiber mop pads, strip mops, sponge mops, etc.) are classed as CFU mops, we can provide you Derek with our step back mopping system which is the most effective mopping system available anywhere on the market today.  Regards Tadgh

Try it Derek, I have and I am very impressed. I have two of Tadgh systems on trial at the moment and are excellent. I have tried many different so called cleaning products, some work, some don't. Tadgh's is the best I have found so far. I will be selling them to my customers.
....no, I am not on commission!!! ;D

Hi Steve, they are both cleaning products and will not be effective for removing sealers, and we dont stock polish/sealer remover.

I only use water with my brushes. It is my intention to leave my customers with Tadgh's cleaning system.
I am not too sure how Tadgh's system is removing seal, I am sure he will send you a sample to try if he has anything. Give him a buzz, he is such a nice chap to talk to.

It may be worth a few of us getting together and going to see Tadgh and seeing what products he does.
Fancy it Steve?
What do you think Tadgh?
Anyone else interested?
