Seen today carpet covered with a lot of the stuff you use to skim the walls. After the trial found the spot solve doin the job, but anything more economical for it?

Have you thought about breaking it up with a hammer first? Even the smaller bits may crush up.

are not that big spots to use the hammer I think (may get some small one), think it could push more stuff in deep as its already is
at the moment I said the price and now is their decision if thay pay for it after speaking to the builders, told them that thay should pay for it or just make a claim for new carpet as this is just one big disaster, just she seems to be too soft to deal with them :)
if she will back, I want to deal with each spot (a lot spots) before the final clean of the whole are.

Make sure she pays you and claims it back from the builders. Don't be fobbed off being told the builders will pay your bill. Or get paid first.

...... the stuff you use to skim the walls.......
Unusual to skim walls with concrete. You sure it isn't plaster - which is a much easier substance to deal with

Yep, plaster.
