Title: got to love the facebook messers!
Post by: mufcglen on June 30, 2014, 07:41:15 pm: i get a few jobs off facebook but every now and then i get one of those messers who just annoy you, someone asked for a price so gave them an estimate and they reply back saying they only pay so much can you do it cheaper so i replied back saying no chance i dont compete with others and if theyre not happy with theyre current window cleaner they should have a word, got a reply saying theres not a problem with the current guy but just wanted it cheaper lol!
it was a 3 bed semi with 12 windows which i quotes at 10-12inc doors and the current guys doing it for £7, he's welcome to them!
they really crack me up these people, at least the majority of my custies know im not the cheapest but they respect the fact i do a top notch job.

He only wanted a quote for his monthly window clean lol .

But facebook is messers galore ive found over the 2 years ive been posting ad's on there ive probably kept between %10 and %20 of jobs compared to yell , word of mouth , canvassing .

Post by: mufcglen on July 01, 2014, 03:58:30 pm: to be fair ive gotten alot of work from fb but also alot of wasters too, its more on the for sale pages that i get the wasters trying to find somone cheaper than theyre current windie!
im starting to leave my page to do the work now with all the reviews i got and every now and then i put a couple of examples of work on and that attracts some more.
