Title: Waterfed rubbish

Shopping in Bath yesterday. "Raining again!" went over to the window to have a look - dry as a bone  ???

Someone had cleaned the sash windows probably earlier in the week and the results were shocking. I think he must be using a tank of milk instead of water. Posh shop too.

After 8 years you'd think he would be able to clean a few sash windows..  ;D
