We don't do carpet much, but we definitely want the mattress and couch dry fast ( that usually takes 6-8 to dry, and leaving water marks makes the customer call for re-do the coach :'( )
135, 400, 600 would be preferred?
Durable?
Thoughts?

400psi Ninja or enforcer talk to ashbys. price may be a factor. But there are machines from other companies you could consider unless you have found secondhand onces. If buying new perhaps consider how close you are to the supplier and talk to the nearest first

If you are really worried about drying times on upholstery get a sapphire upholstery tool. since getting mine i have dramatically reduced the dry times without sacrificing any flushing ability.

Thanks Robin and Ian, I will take your advice talking to the nearest first and getting a new sapphire hand tool ;D
