My employee is due back from two weeks holiday. I run two vans, mine and his. His has been sitting there for two weeks, so I wanted to start it up and take it for a run ready for Monday.
Can i find the keys? Have i got spares? No and no >:(
Spent three hours so far, not git a clue where they are :-[

In the trouser or coat pockets you were wearing? A coat pocket is more likely. Unless it's a van that can be locked up without the key, then according to sod's law it will still be in the van or in the vans cargo area next to the back doors.
I have also found keys that were missing on a shelf in the garage where the r/o is.

Did you take them to your alzhiemers test two weeks ago?

Just think of the last place you would ever think they would be and look there.
And they will be there.😀

lost my car key last year no spare, christmas hols time, snowing on a sunday, had to call out an autolocksmith, cost 150 quid and this was a basic key on an old car, could have been a lot more expensive
worth getting lost key cover on your insurance i think mine was about a tenner a year extra

Found them, in a place I had "looked" in before . Ah well, at least the whole house has been tidied up in the process.
