Title: carpet cleaners wanted in various areas

Working with a colleague pricing a contract for the following areas.
These need to be done 4 times a year. I am not sure if you can get a TM outside so assume you can not and you need to use a porty. (Work in london please add congestion charges). Please price them at per sq metre and per tread price for the job, or for the job as a whole. Ie £x per sq metre and £x per tread or £x per cleaning session.
work to be carried out saturday afternoon or sunday, maybe possible in an evening, but basically outside of working hours.

I wouldn't like to commit a price without more info.

What floor it's on, is it in the centre of town making parking difficult, is there furniture that needs moving, what condition, low moisture or HWE, is the office carpet or shop?

Otherwise I could turn up, its a nightmare job and I may have under priced it, my worst thing is feeling I under priced a job.  ;D

Its a bank. so you can expect furniture. Probably ground floor, unless stairs to the main carpet. Yes it will be in the centre of town and parking can be an issue.
Its out of hours as well.

Whether its HWE or low moisture, price for the most expensive, then you can not lose.

There is no congestion charge at the times you want the jobs completed.

My colleague is just putting the tender together, so hopefully if/when he gets the work, I will contact people for the work. These things can sometimes drag on
