when you against other carpet cleaners that promote say TM or Dry carpet cleaning this video is a great way to counter  that message. One great other point its someone else giving the message that a expert. also it keeps prospects on your page that helps with seo

1. Why would I send my prospects to another company web page?
2. Why would I need to even let my customers know that there are other methods?
3. Why would I want a septic droning on to my customers?

Ian,

With respect, I can't think for the life of me why you would embed someone else's video on your web site. Why not do your own video and link it from youtube.

Apart from that your web site which is Wordpress (which in it's self can be a powerful medium if done correctly) has little SEO value.

Your main headline is:
Furniture can be replaced or remain in room while carpet is drying as we isolate furniture from drying carpet for you preventing rust or wood stains.
What does this tell your prospects about your company? Then to follow on there are just images through your web site.

A possible future customer landing on your site has little to go by.
