I have a large commercial to do in the next few weeks.Could be really big ,depending on how this first floor cleans up.Huge call centre, has not been cleaned in about 8 years. Most a it will be cleaned with a rotary,i usually use prochem products, but i am hearing about dynamall etc.Whats the best product in your opinion for rotary cleaning,or whats it called these days,encapping......

This is a perfect opportunity for some trial and error. Get yourself a collection of encap products and mixtue of pads etc and have a play, go with the best result, which may turn out to be hwse, or a combination of both.

Hey Simon, its going to be a combination alright, has not been cleaned in years so traffic lanes and desk areas will need to be scrubbed and extracted.Just been using the same rotary solutions for years, just wondering what new rotary solutions people are getting great results with.

If it's that dirty you need to be careful of wick back if you scrub and then extract and disturb all the engrained soil at the bottom of the carpet. Try a low moisture option first, you might be surprised by the result.
