Title: pole delivery service

hi all

i need to have a 40ft g/f pole sent to shropshire but only prob is i am getting quotes of £42.00 £38.50 £51.00 all plus vat ???? does anyone know who i can use i only charged £22.50 on ebay for postage ...what to do

works now but i think its the same as the rest anything over 1.5m is alot more expensive

whats the lentgh of the pole you sending me ? as the one i am shipping is almost 3m long closed ?

  Try Tuffnels Parcel Express, they used to be very cheap.

to get size down i'm going to send it in sections wrapped in bubble wrap. which makes it around 2.2 metres

i've had the problem you have shawn before i ended up phoning around local couriers and payed about £30 cash you might want to try that

anything near the 3m mark is hard to find a courier to take it
