Title: Well done and thanks to the Gardiner team

Made an online order yesterday,then about two hours later realised I had forgotten another item I needed, so made yet another order.
"Dang" I thought,two lots of shipping!
Out working today and Emma from Gardiners rings,tells me they noticed I made two orders ,but will ship both orders in one hit, and have refunded my shipping for the second order.

Great customer service from Gardiner, others could learn a lot from them.

 never believed the hype of their pole sup until 4 weeks ago when i got a  go of one. Converted in  no time i was lol
