Title: Karcher HD830BS
Post by: Spursboy1972 on June 18, 2014, 07:48:14 am
I am selling a Karcher HD830BS. It has a Honda 5.0hp engine. Carburettor has been overhauled. Water pump has been serviced as it had a leak. It also had a small oil leak that has been repaired with all work done by Karcher locally. I have replaced the pressure hose with a 12 metre one. Machine runs well with no starting problems.

Looking for offers over £300.

Its 5 years old. had light domestic use for last 3 years. I only bought it 3 weeks ago. used it for what I wanted but not really man enough for me. Stats on Karcher website. LPM 60. runs at 15/16 bar. Cant tell you anymore than that really.

Seems expensive compared to performance?

What are you trying to do with it that it wasn't man enough for?

fair enough...  It is great!! lol and to be honest would easily cope with 90% of the stuff I have been asked to do. However the one job I picked up as an add is enormous with parking for 30 cars minimum and he wants it twice a year and is willing to pay so it makes sense to get something bigger... At the time I thought his would be a one off, but its come up really well... I bought the turbo nozzle and flat surface cleaner separately which also helped

The job I'm thinking is blocking.
What flat surface cleaner did you use?
Doubt 'spose you've got any before/after pics if any jobs you've done have you?

I used an FR30 professional that I bought new as I did the turbo nozzle. Let me have your email addy and I will send them. I would sell the surface cleaner for what I paid for it.
