Title: Check this out. What would you be charging??

Hi guys.

After using virosol to do a test demo I've been asked to clean this.

What would you charge for just the roof external then internal??

Be interesting to see your ideas.

Internal on that???

I would run a mile (or 2) unless it has a stone floor so that you could use WFP?

In order to price this work - YOU first need to understand your break even costs.

Then decide what profit you want to make on top of your break even costs - and you will find the cost YOU need to charge

£400-£450 outside £300 inside

300ish for the outside about 400ish for the inside, id probably do the inside by hand with stepladder, spray & cloth

This was a builders clean, all new roof glass and freshly painted, no stickers thankfully just white marker on the outside glass. WFP all the external roof using virosol to remove marker pen marks, and the rest all cleaned by hand, as the customer wanted putty marks on the new glass in the frames removed.

Depends how dirty the paintwork is,

£350 outside, £650 inside

i'd  love to do jobs like that ... so much more interesting than maintenance cleans all the time

If you break it down its about 6 average sized 3 bed connies so I would want 6 x £200 less discount for not having to drive to 7 different locations.

So I would quote £975 and have an easy 3 days  :)
